The Store Manager is accountable for the commercial performance, people leadership and operational execution of a flagship retail store in London. This is a hands‑on leadership role, focused on running the store as a high‑performing retail business rather than simply overseeing day‑to‑day activity. Leading from the shop floor, you will drive sales performance, deliver a consistently premium customer experience and build a strong, engaged team, while executing clear standards set at a multi‑site level.
