POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for all operations at Birkey's Farm Store location including financial, sales, customer service and all related employee matters.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:


+ Develop annual business plan, goals, and budget with the assistance of all department managers.

+ Continually monitor actual company performance and compare with budget and the general business environment, making adjustments when necessary.

+ Manage inventory levels to ensure profitability.

+ Maintain an effective sales control system (using Birkey's quote sheets, cost analysis forms, daily contact reporting, customer profiles etc.)

+ Assist in the development and implementation of an advertising program for assigned division.

+ Monitor customer satisfaction and make corrections whenever necessary.
