We are seeking a proactive, results‑driven store manager to lead retail operations and inspire a high‑performing team to beat targets and deliver world‑class service.

Responsibilities

• Support and motivate the in‑store team to achieve store targets by maximizing opportunities and surpassing KPIs, while maintaining exemplary Pandora customer service.
• Provide strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the store, and ensure back‑of‑house activities enable successful commercial execution.
• Become a Pandora product expert through comprehensive training, and nurture and develop the team to unlock their full potential and support succession planning.
