* Proven retail leadership experience (Store Manager or strong ASM ready to step up)
* Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of around 10 staff
* Strong focus on customer experience, sales, and store presentation
* Creative, organised, and commercially aware with strong operational skills
* Confident communicator with a hands-on leadership style
