Job Descriptions:

This position will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and plans for their respective store to achieve the company’s sales targets.

He/She will oversee sales performance, ensure merchandising and store standards, and maintain a high level of customer service. The role also requires maintaining store cleanliness and tidiness at all times, as well as ensuring all store standards are consistently met to achieve the company’s objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum Senior High School graduate; Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager in a retail store, preferably in the retail industry
• Willing to commit to a long-term career in a retail company
• Experience in managing a team of Store Associates and Store Leaders to maximize sales effectiveness
