Job Description

Job Summary: As an H-E-B Top Store Leader, you'll be responsible for the total merchandising operation of the Store, including Customer and Partner relations, as well as its financial performance.

Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

• Management / Leadership:

Spends majority of time using independent judgment making employment-related and business decisions, or effectively recommending such decisions, including product- and department-related strategies, hiring, promoting, disciplining, suspending, discharging, rewarding, or otherwise engaging in resolving Partner-related matters

Ensures appropriate inventory levels

Manages / controls shrink to meet or exceed Corporate strategy goals

Ensures compliance with all Federal, State, and H-E-B regulations and standards for product freshness, food safety, refrigeration, and sanitation
