Responsibilities

• Safeguard inventory items, keeping a neat and tidy store according to OHS regulations.
• Immediately update bin card and apply FIFO method.
• Identify obsolete items and assist with preparation of submission of write-off.
• Investigate corrective action concerning variances.
• Assist in mid-year and year‑end stock takes.
• Maintain an orderly and comprehensive filing system of request forms.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Assist in retrieving assets from units.
• Compile monthly report for out-of-stock items.
• Distribute stock and assets to end-users.
• Perform all other duties delegated by Supervisor/Manager within scope of practice.
