The SpaceX stock program is a key component of SpaceX's compensation philosophy and falls under the broader Finance team, reporting directly to the CFO. You will partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, HR, and Payroll to maintain data integrity, support compliance, and provide excellent service to our employees and stakeholders.
