• Customize and extend Sterling Commerce APIs and UI
• Develop integrations, agents, and web services
• Work on Order Hub and NextGen IBM Sterling Call Center v10+
• Build modernized order, payment, and fulfillment flows
• Perform deployment and toolkit configurations
