Pay range: $44/hr. on W2

- Deliver a stable, high-performing Sterile Processing Department across all shifts.
- Ensure strong supervisors who run disciplined, accountable shifts.
- Maintain reliable instrument availability aligned with surgical schedules.
- Ensure audit-ready compliance and documentation.
- Achieve measurable improvements in quality, efficiency, and team engagement.
- Foster a professional department culture where technicians feel supported, respected, and set up for success.
Education:
- CRCST certification (required); CHL or CIS preferred.
