Steel Erector Helper, construction

Salary: $30.00 per hour, full time, permanent, regular, 30-40 hours per week

Requirements

• Some experience in general construction environment (1–7 months)
• Willing to work at various job sites outdoors, at heights, in summer and winter, high‑rise building construction sites, physically demanding
• Manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand‑eye coordination
• Weight handling more than 45 kg (100 lbs)
• Ability to measure in metric system
• Able to read drawings at a basic level and write basic reports for daily work performance
• Personal suitability: accurate, dependable, flexible, reliable, team player, hardworking
• Equipment and machinery experience or willingness to train: concrete saw, large impact drills, hand drills for concrete and steel, magnetic drills, small coring machine, grinding tools for steel and concrete
