Job Description
- Monitor and trouble shoot Incineration plant operation and process control equipment for smooth operation.
- Develop operation procedures and methods for optimum operation (i.e., lower operation cost, minimum manpower utilization, maximize machine capacity).
- Develop and practice Preventive Maintenance Schedules and regular maintenance schedules.
- Prepare and monitor operation data sheets and records.
- Regular patrolling and inspection of machine and equipment conditions and staffs’duties.
- Monitor and brief staffs’safety regulations at work.
- To monitor and supervise good house keeping practice at Incineration plant.
- To plan proper schedules of steam distribution, as well as arrange advance notice to other department if there is any interruption in stream supply
