・ソムリエ業務および接客業務全般
・ワインサービス、ペアリング提案、ゲスト応対およびお問い合わせ対応
・レストランでのワインプログラムの管理・運営（在庫・リスト管理を含む）
・チームリーダーとしてのシフト作成およびスタッフのトレーニング・指導
・料飲サービス全体における品質向上とゲスト満足度の向上への貢献

・Oversee daily sommelier and guest service operations
・Provide wine service, pairing recommendations, and handle guest interactions and enquiries
・Manage and maintain the restaurant’s wine program, including inventory and wine list
・Lead the team through roster planning, coaching, and training of associates
・Drive service quality and enhance overall guest satisfaction within Food & Beverage operations

**Qualifications:**

・レストランサービス（ダイニングサービス）の経験者優遇
・大規模または高単価レストラン／ラウンジでの勤務経験があれば尚可
・ワインを中心とした酒類全般（スピリッツ含む）に関する専門知識をお持ちの方歓迎
・ソムリエ資格、または同等の知識・経験があれば尚可
・基本的な英語力およびネイティブレベルの日本語力

・Experience in restaurant service (fine dining or upscale dining) preferred
