Job Description
Drive operational excellence as a Stationary Engineer at CAHS. You'll be crucial in maintaining HVAC, boiler, and chiller systems for optimal performance.
As a Third Class Engineer, you will oversee the efficient and safe operation of all mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires testing and monitoring various water treatment parameters and demands both technical knowledge and the ability to assess equipment malfunctions independently. Your expertise will ensure the facility meets its operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with the Operating Engineers Act
• Conduct routine tests and monitor water parameters
• Operate and maintain essential building management systems
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of assigned equipment
• Coordinate inventory management and contractor compliance
Requirements:
• Certification as a Third Class Stationary Engineer
• 1-year of apprenticeship training required
