About the Role As a Paid Static Designer at Homestead, you design the ads that acquire customers.
Every asset you create runs on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other paid channels, and every one of them is measured by whether it stops the scroll, drives the click, and converts the sale.
You'll work directly with our Lead Multimedia Designer, Director of Design, Creative Strategists, and Account Managers to turn performance data and creative briefs into static ad visuals that hit at the intersection of brand and conversion.
You're not just executing layouts, you're interpreting what's working in the account, understanding why a certain visual hook outperforms another, and designing the next round of iterations based on real results.
You'll manage creative across a portfolio of DTC brands, which means adapting quickly between brand worlds while maintaining the quality and strategic thinking that makes each asset perform.
