RESPONSIBILITIES:

Processing of company credit card & petty cash reconciliations

• Accurate and timeous processing of company credit card and petty cash reconciliations on a monthly basis.


• Ensuring that all reconciliations are received by set deadlines and escalating outstanding reconciliations to management. 


• Checks the validity and accuracy of allocations and support per recon to ensure expenses reflect in the correct general ledger accounts and periods.
