Responsibilities


+ Lead day-to-day stakeholder management and strategic communications for the program office.

+ Serve as the owner for executive, inter-agency, and external communications, ensuring clear, consistent, and defensible messaging across leadership, vendors, and oversight bodies.

Requirements

+ 7–9 years consulting experience, including large public-sector programs

+ Prior experience supporting executive stakeholders and governance forums and strategic communications

+ Prior experience preparing documentation for legislative inquiries, external oversight bodies, or formal information requests

+ Strong writing, synthesis, and facilitation skills for senior audiences

+ Experience operating in politically complex, multi-agency environments
