We are looking for a **Stakeholder / NOC Engineer** to support major infrastructure projects in Dubai, focusing on **authority approvals and stakeholder coordination** across key government entities.

+ Manage **end-to-end NOC process** (submission → follow-up → approval → closure)
+ Coordinate with authorities including **RTA, DEWA, Dubai Municipality, telecom providers and other stakeholders**
+ Ensure timely **authority approvals aligned with project timelines**
+ Maintain and track **NOC logs, approvals status, and stakeholder communications**
+ Liaise with design teams, contractors, and authorities to resolve technical comments
+ Support **utilities coordination within ROW and infrastructure corridors**
+ Identify risks in approvals and drive **proactive resolution / escalation**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
