**Job Title: Staging Coordinator**
**Job Description**
Coordinate and stage materials, components, and packaging for daily production schedules. Use RF scanners to track inventory movement, verify accuracy, and update system records. Ensure all staged items meet quality, labeling, and allergen-control requirements. Communicate with production leads to confirm material readiness and resolve shortages or discrepancies. Maintain organized staging areas, ensuring FIFO/FEFO rotation and proper product handling. Support receiving, put-away, and replenishment tasks as needed. Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and variance investigations. Follow all safety, GMP, and SOP guidelines in a clean, controlled warehouse environment. Collaborate with warehouse, production, and quality teams to maintain smooth operations.
