• Maintain and update staffing trackers and systems (primarily Excel-based)
• Execute high-volume administrative workflows (allocations, time-off updates, training tracking, etc.)
• Manage incoming staffing requests and support prioritization / routing
• Maintain visibility into resource deployment and utilization
• Support communication of staffing updates to consultants and leadership
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across tools
