As our Staffing Operations Specialist, you will run the operational engine of our staffing delivery in Italy. This is an execution-critical role at the heart of the Staff Leasing business, an operations executor and compliance owner.
 

You own worker lifecycle execution, contract accuracy, payroll input readiness, labour compliance, and operational reliability at scale under Italian employment law and the applicable CCNL.
