Job Description

 


We are actively seeking Staffing Consultants. The ideal candidates are senior staffing professionals with a minimum of 5 years experience within the federal government. Successful candidates will have the ability to work both independently and as part of a strong and dynamic team with proven experience working within the public sector within a professional services environment.

 Daily Tasks and Responsibilities (not limited to)

  • Reviewing existing materials, organizational and business needs to firmly identify the appropriate staffing strategy and providing advice on staffing strategies based on the solicitation process and related discussions;
  • Developing staffing and resourcing strategies including different types of merit criteria and qualifications;
  • Developing a work plan and definition of deliverables for each staffing process required, including timelines, tasks, outcomes, and deliverables;
