Staff Test Engineer

Job Description

+ Transfer test solutions from legacy tester to Eagle or Flex testers.
+ Includes generating test hardware and software
+ Analyze test hardware schematics on existing products for revenue support
+ Drive improvements in test methodology by implementing industry standard best practices and reliability strategies.
+ Become a subject matter expert in the test software/hardware debugging and help to mentor junior team members.
+ Identify yield enhancement opportunities and develop projects to resolve them
+ Experience with debugging and developing test programs for analog products on Eagle and Flex test systems. (ETS364, Teradyne microFlex, or similar platform preferred).
+ Intermediate to advanced programming capability [Python, C/C++, and/or SQL]
+ Experience with basic Unix / Linux environments
+ Understanding of basic statistics and JMP data analytics skills (i.e. Mean, Std. Dev, SPC, CPK, GR&R, ANOVA)
