**Role:** As a Staff Systems Engineer on the Software Validation team within the AV organization, you will play a critical role in leading the strategy and execution of systems engineering and validation efforts for autonomous vehicle software. You will leverage your experience designing and implementing complex V&V strategies to quickly prototype, gain consensus, and move our programs forward with increased trust and efficiency. Your expertise will guide engineers in defining best practices, driving innovation in systems design, requirements development, and performance verification of autonomous systems. You will be responsible for shaping the future of systems engineering methodologies for AI systems and other ADAS features, architecting solutions that meet the development and testing needs of AI developers, systems engineers, and safety stakeholders.
