Job Description

Experian is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to build and evolve core enterprise systems while providing technical leadership across distributed teams in the United States and India. You will blend hands-on development with operational ownership, helping engineering teams deliver secure, reliable, and scalable software.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Lead development teams to deliver on-time, on-budget, high value complex projects.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentoring and support to the development team.
  • Specify and ensure the design of technology solutions fulfills all our requirements, achieve desired goals and fulfill return on long-term goals.
  • Take technical responsibility for all stages and iterations in a software development project, providing method specific technical guidance to project partners.
