**Description:**
You will be the Quality Engineer Staff - PGNES Program Lead for the Program Quality Engineering team. Our team is responsible for applying quality principles across design, production, and supplier processes to ensure product and process excellence.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Quality Engineer Staff - PGNES Program Lead you will be responsible for driving program‑level quality execution and serving as the primary quality interface for the PGNES (or other MFC) program at the Archbald site.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Lead the Quality Engineering effort for the assigned program.
+ Apply quality principles to design, production, and supplier processes.
+ Coordinate cross‑functional interfaces to ensure product and process excellence.
+ Develop and execute program‑specific quality plans and metrics.
