Product/Test Engineer – Individual Contributor Role

This position offers a great opportunity to work on industry leading semiconductor devices targeted for broad applications in Automotive and Industrial markets. In this role you’ll support the Cost Entitlement and Sustaining PE team, assisting product lines and business P&Ls with new product introduction and legacy product sustaining activities, including legacy product support, addressing FAB process, Assembly Yield, and Test Yield excursions, Factory Transfers, driving cost reduction to benchmark entitlement goals, and supporting customer RMA root‑cause and fix analysis. Knowledge and experience with software development using C++, C, Python, and Java is necessary. The candidate should know how to operate ATE platforms and program low‑level ATE code for Analog/Mixed‑Signal blocks.
