ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Assists with scheduling process in assigned work area. Communicates with patients and others adequately and appropriately.
+ Completes all required documentation.
+ Continues professional development through continuing education.
+ Demonstrates good patient care judgment commensurate with qualifications as a PTA.
+ Implements treatment plans as delegated by PT and according to department standards.
+ Participates in clinical education for PTA students.
+ Participates in multidisciplinary treatment planning and care.
+ Performs routine tasks necessary for maintaining a clean, safe and efficient work area.
