Endoscopy Staff Nurse (Band 5) – active NMC registration required. You will work in the Endoscopy Unit and Endoscopy Treatment unit on a rotational basis between St Helens and Whiston Hospitals. 7‑day working week with shift patterns of 8‑4, 8:30‑16:30, 10‑6 and 12:30‑20:30, subject to change.

Main duties of the job

• Participate effectively in formulation and implementation of client individualised care.
• Participate in research, outreach, and clinical audits directed by Unit Manager.
• Promote concise and effective communication with service users, ward nurses and staff.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained safe and functional.
• Contribute efficiently to patient care and monitoring system in the Endoscopy Unit.
