JD FOR Staff Nurse :-Patient Care and Assessment:
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history taking and physical examinations.Monitor and record vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration rate).Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring correct dosages and routes of administration.Provide wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical interventions as required.Observe and document changes in patient condition, reporting significant findings to the healthcare team.Patient Support:
