REQUIREMENTS:

  • Total Experience 6+ years
  • Strong experience in UKG integration design and implementation
  • UKG Integration Certification (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle UKG implementation projects.
  • Strong expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware platforms such as Boomi , SFTP, CSV/XML, and file-based integrations, EDI integrations and carrier connectivity.
  • Hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM / Workforce Central integrations, UKG Ready integrations , NetSuite, ADP Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP S/4HANA integrations
  • Good understanding of Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals modules
  • Strong knowledge of Data mapping and transformation, Validation and reconciliation techniques, Integration monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Experience with benefits integrations, Beacon, and EverythingBenefits preferred
  • Exposure to WFC to Pro WFM migration programs
