This role is a key position within a newly created team responsible for the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across the Assembly Test Central Planning division. This is an important role in helping to foster a culture of sustainable change through creation and embedding of LEAN methodology to deliver business transformation. The Continuous Improvement Engineer will be responsible for identifying, leading, executing and deploying continuous improvement by providing strategic and tactical process changes to improve cost, time, efficiency, and quality.
