Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Technical Effort on Engineering Projects: Manage multiple product and process development initiatives from concept to implementation.
  • Innovate & Improve: Evaluate existing technologies and develop new solutions that meet internal and external customer needs.
  • Mentor & Guide: Provide leadership and coaching to junior level Engineers, supporting their growth and project success.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with product teams and cross-functional groups to bring new technologies to market.
  • Translate Needs into Solutions: Develop experiment and validation to support simulation results to achieve product requirements
  • Champion New Technology: Drive the adoption of innovative tools and processes within Goodyear.
