In this position, you'll utilize your expertise to perform detailed HVDC and AC characterization of GaN HEMTs while designing on-wafer test structures for efficient data collection. Partnering with engineering teams, you'll diagnose device behavior and contribute to performance enhancements. Your input will also streamline test procedures and support junior engineers through technical guidance.
