Come join Intuit’s People and Places team as a Staff Employee Relations Partner in Toronto!

The purpose of Intuit’s Employee Relations team is to foster an environment where employees feel connected and can learn and grow. We are some of the humans behind the moments that matter for our employees. We’re on a transformation journey, so come join us as we build for the new future of work.

The role will report into our Employee Relations Leader and be part of our People & Places organization. The role focuses on supporting employee relations in the U.K., Israel and India, but may support cases in other countries, including the U.S. This role would also support project and program work across all Intuit locations.

Intuit has embraced a hybrid way of working. This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working from our Toronto office 3 days per week.
