Job Description

Safety and Compliance

  • Follow work permit system, Tool box talk and work instruction and PPEs compliance to ensure zero risk to the self, Equipment, plant and unit.
  • Adhere to all safety rules and procedures, including lockout/tag-out practices.
  • Ensure that all personnel follow safe work practices and utilize appropriate safety devices and PPEs.
  • Report any unsafe act, Near miss, or unsafe condition to shift engineer/Engineer.

    • Execute & Perform the different maintenance activities of the plant as per planning. 

  • Timely report to Shift Engineer/Engineer when arriving to duty.
  • Handover and Takeover proper charge from reliever for ongoing maintenance activity.
  • Receive Work Permit from Engineer and Return after work completion. 
  • Plan with Shift Engineer about Spares and Tools needed for maintenance activity and maintain properly.
  • Maintain proper housekeeping, 5S in workshop and at work area.
