Role Overview

The role of the On-Boarding Consultant is to work directly with a customer in a consulting fashion to determine, document and prepare the customer with their requirements analysis for the successful implementation of their purchased solution(s). This role will be within the On-boarding team where responsibilities will be shared with the Project Manager (on Enterprise projects), Product and Integration Specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands‑on role requiring a highly self‑motivated and solutions‑oriented individual.
• Understand customers complex business requirements, communicate implementation approaches.
• Be able to clearly articulate the solutions into business requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Lead the customer on the onboarding journey, managing expectations, risks and billable hours.
