The Opportunity

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Staff Accountant will manage accounts receivable, accounts payable and cash management functions and support financial reporting.

What You’ll Be Doing

Accounts Receivable

• Reconcile receivables by brokers and follow up on any differences
• Process receipts (EFTs, cheques and ClearPay) into the accounting module
• Prepare bank deposits
• Maintain broker account records and ensure accuracy of monthly broker statements

Accounts Payable

• Assist with finance controls surrounding payments
