Staff Accountant Position Overview

We are an accounting firm seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and bilingual Staff Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of 3 to 4 clients. This role requires someone who can take complete ownership of each client engagement — handling everything from daily bookkeeping and reconciliations through financial reporting and month-end close — with minimal supervision and consistent quality across each account.

Our clients operate across different platforms and industries, so the ability to work fluently across QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, and similar accounting systems is important. Equally important is the ability to communicate professionally and clearly in both English and Spanish (If needed)— this is a firm requirement, not a preference.
