Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and help ensure the accuracy of financial records. This role is responsible for preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, assisting with month-end close, and supporting financial reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Prepare and post journal entries for general ledger activity

+ Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts

+ Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes

+ Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts

+ Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as needed

+ Prepare account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
