In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination, compilation, and analysis of financial and cost information for the company and supporting grants/contracts. The ideal candidate must have the ability to interact with co-workers and customers at all levels. This Staff Accountant will be the fiscal partner to Executive Directors who operate various workforce development programs, therefore, a high level of accuracy and confidentiality must be maintained. The primary responsibilities for this role will focus on invoicing, reporting project financial status, managing project forecasts, and associated modeling for strategic planning and analysis for various contracts across our continuously expanding organization.
