Staff Accountant - Hybrid

Our client an established Private Equity firm based in Fairfield, CT seeks a staff accountant to join their growing team. This role supports the month end close / reporting as well as assists with accounts payable. The firm is known for a team-based culture, nice consistent hours, promoting from within, and a very generous bonus and benefits package.

The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in general accounting and is comfortable working across reconciliations, journal entries, and financial systems.

+ BS in Accounting with top grades

+ 1 to 3+ years of related accounting exp

+ Strong Excel

+ The desire to work in a positive team base culture.
