Staff Accountant

We are seeking a Staff Accountant with a strong background in construction or AEC accounting to join our finance team. This role will report directly to the Sr. Controller and play a vital role in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting business decisions.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the A/R billing process, ensuring accurate invoices.
• Verify all transactions on bank statements.
• Track and analyze costs for ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with budgets and contracts.
• Maintain accurate records, post journal entries, and ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and financial reporting standards.
