Job Description
The staff accountant will perform accounting-related & non-related duties and work closely with the Director of Finance, or Assistant Director of Finance, as well as the operation department heads, to achieve optimal staffing levels & organizational goals.
Essential Functions: responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversee the weekly forecasting process and ensure accurate volume inputs are uploaded into Dimensions.
Monitor and evaluate weekly schedule compliance in alignment with forecasted labor demands.
Lead accountability initiatives through daily reviews of the operational dashboard and facilitate weekly performance meetings.
Proactively communicate missed meals, OL hours, and timecard discrepancies.
Analyze and report on the previous week's performance metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
