Job Description
- Bank Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Yardi Proficiency: Utilize Yardi to manage financial records, including recording transactions, posting journal entries, and generating financial reports.
- Month-End Close: Assist in the closing process by reconciling GL accounts.
- Real Estate Accounting: Manage property-specific transactions.
- Cash Management: Review and ensure proper cash application.
- Experience: 3-5 plus years of experience in general accounting or property management
