Position Overview :

AK Law Firm is seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Trial Attorney to join our growing litigation team. This role is designed for an experienced trial attorney to take over their own docket of high value motor vehicle accident cases. These cases are mostly commercial in nature. You will be responsible for taking cases through jury trial and verdict, when necessary. You will maintain a docket of 50-75 cases active in litigation and oversee litigation case managers with another 25-50 cases in pre-litigation. Case values should range from $250,000 to over $1,000,000 for all cases on the trial docket.

Core Responsibilities :

Trial Leadership & Case Ownership:

·        Serve as first-chair or co-chair trial attorney on jury trials

·        Independently manage cases escalated to litigation and trial

·        Develop trial strategy and case themes
