You will develop sophisticated test plans, mentor junior engineers, and ensure the highest level of product performance and compliance with industry standards.

In this role, you will provide leadership and mentorship to the test team, enhancing efficiency and enabling knowledge transfer. You will take ownership of complex integration efforts, reducing bottlenecks on high-priority or technically challenging programs. By improving resource allocation, you will ensure both new and existing programs receive appropriate and timely support.
