Senior Technical Support Professional – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Provide world‑class mechanical aerospace technical support to internal and external customers. Handle phone calls, emails, and web inquiries from customers operating and maintaining Honeywell equipment. Drive timely identification, replication, investigation, resolution, and root‑cause analysis of customer technical issues. Provide technical expertise for all Honeywell mechanical systems and components, capture and reuse knowledge through a knowledge management process, and participate in or lead continuous improvement projects that improve customer experience.
