Job Description
This Senior Technical Project Manager will own and drive the Finance and IT internal workstreams supporting Rotary’s enterprise Salesforce Grants implementation. Day to day, they will coordinate closely with Finance (Oracle), Tech Ops, data integrations, CRM (NetForum), grants officers, and global communications teams while Salesforce Professional Services leads core platform delivery. They will manage dependencies, risks, and milestones across 10+ grant programs migrating onto Salesforce, ensure alignment with product and delivery leadership, and keep all teams accountable to PI commitments and go-live timelines. This role is critical to ensuring the organization reaches its target year and successfully delivers a highly visible, consumer-impacting transformation.
