Senior Technical Manager, IAM Agentic AI Compliance

Key role in supporting IAM globally and driving adherence to our AI identity controls, bridging the emerging enterprise AI technologies with identity governance, access management, processes and metrics, demonstrating a balance between risk and innovation. Building partnerships across IAM, Global Security and AI technology owners will be critical to our success to help maintain our AI governance model.

IAM is pivotal in the evolution of Agentic AI and will be a foundation for RBC’s ability to scale secure, intelligent identity governance in an increasingly complex threat landscape. With significant regulatory pressure to ensure a secure financial system, evolving cyber threats coupled with the need to find operational efficiencies, identity management through strong governance is key to enabling cutting‑edge AI innovation without compromising enterprise security fundamentals.
